FilterClear technology is renowned for its high-performance multimedia filtration systems, capable of efficiently removing suspended solids from various water sources. Pipetech was contracted to deliver multiple installations of the FilterClear Tertiary Solids Removal Skid across a variety of water treatment facilities. These installations were designed to enhance filtration capabilities for diverse applications, including wastewater treatment plants, industrial cooling water systems, and desalination plants.
Over Numerous projects, Pipetech has delivered prefabricated skid with the scope including the design, manufacture, assembly, installation, and testing of FilterClear Tertiary Solids Removal Skids. With throughput ranging from 5 m³/hr to 5000 m³/hr, each skid was tailored to meet the unique requirements of the site. The skids were constructed with galvanised steel frames and stainless steel prefabricated pipework to ensure durability and resistance to corrosion. Additionally, Pipetech managed the supply and installation of all electrical works, ensuring seamless integration with the existing systems
