Pipetech are delighted to be working in partnership with Mace MEP on the delivery of 30 Duke Street, a 64,000 sq ft office development located in the prestigious St James area of London.
Our scope of works includes the installation of domestic and public health services throughout the building. The project is progressing well, with strong collaboration across all teams on site.
Great start to the project, progressing well. The team’s commitment and coordination have set a strong foundation for successful delivery.
An exciting feature of this project is the use of offsite fabrication for the toilet cores, which are being fitted out by an offsite contractor. This approach is proving to be a significant time saver on site and is providing valuable insight into the wider benefits of modern offsite construction methods.
The development is scheduled for completion in Summer 2026, and we look forward to continuing our successful collaboration with Mace MEP as the project progresses.
