Pipetech is delighted to partner with Dornan Engineering on this prestigious project, continuing our commitment to high-quality delivery, collaboration and sustainable building solutions.
Our Approach: Offsite Expertise
Pipetech has been appointed to deliver the shell and core mechanical pipework installation for the commercial building within Salisbury Square.
Our scope includes the offsite fabrication and delivery of horizontal multi-service modules, improving quality, safety and programme efficiency. This approach also supports the project’s focus on sustainability, reducing on-site labour, waste and embodied carbon.
The Pipetech team is applying a digitally driven methodology to ensure seamless coordination with Dornan Engineering and the wider project team, maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency and sustainability.
The introduction of horizontal multi-service modules allows us to maximise the benefits of offsite construction. By bringing much of the work into a controlled factory environment, we can improve quality, reduce installation time on site, and deliver a more sustainable, efficient outcome for our client.

The Salisbury Square Development is a major investment in the City’s civic and judicial infrastructure, combining heritage restoration with modern design and engineering.
Funded by the City of London Corporation, the 50,000 sq m scheme will deliver the new City of London Law Courts, a ten-storey headquarters for the City of London Police, and the refurbishment of a Grade II listed building.
The project will transform the area’s judicial and policing facilities by supporting innovation, local employment and sustainable construction.
