Pipetech have been appointed to deliver a full mechanical strip out and Cat B fit-out across two floors of a commercial building as part of a refurbishment programme.
The scope of works involves a full mechanical strip‑out and reinstatement package, beginning with the drain‑down and removal of all existing LTHW, CHW and condensate services to safely clear the floors for refurbishment. Once the existing systems are stripped out, the team will install new services to support upgraded heating and cooling infrastructure throughout the building. This is followed by comprehensive testing, commissioning and QA to verify system performance. The project may also include a public health package.
