As part of a major Ferric Sulphate plant expansion, Pipetech was appointed to deliver the full mechanical pipework installation at one of the client’s UK production facilities. To meet a tight programme and minimise site disruption, Pipetech utilised offsite fabrication and ABS pipework, chosen for its chemical resistance and ease of installation.

Prefabricated ABS spools were delivered in sequence for rapid on-site assembly, reducing labour hours and improving safety by avoiding hot works. This efficient approach ensured the project was completed on time, supporting increased production capacity and future regulatory compliance.
