Belgrove House is designed as a highly sustainable development, achieving reduced carbon emissions throughout construction. The building is proposed as a specialised life‑sciences and laboratory facility, located on Euston Road opposite King’s Cross and St Pancras stations in Camden. The project is being delivered for Precis Advisory, in collaboration with Mace, and designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris.
Pipetech were contracted by Dornan to deliver a package comprising two modular risers and the full public health installation, including rainwater pipework, foul and surface water drainage, domestic hot and cold water services, and irrigation pipework. By August, our team had completed the full design, fabrication, and installation of several riser modules in line with the programme, with further works ongoing.
Our sustainability commitments are reflected in the integration of sustainable drainage and water management solutions, while our emphasis on health and safety is supported by the off‑site pre‑construction of modular risers within our fabric shop, significantly reducing the amount of work required on site.
