Our continued partnership with Mace Construct continues through the One Liverpool Street project, a development focused on innovation and sustainability. With the project nearing completion, only minimal works remain.
Our Approach: Offsite-Led Delivery
MACE appointed us to deliver the shell and core mechanical pipework installation, encompassing the full design, fabrication, supply and installation of modular risers and skids. We developed a targeted prefabrication strategy that streamlined delivery, strengthened programme certainty and improved on-site safety.
This was a highly challenging project with complex requirements and tight timelines, but Pipetech rose to the occasion and delivered exceptionally well. Our professionalism, technical expertise and commitment to quality were evident throughout the entire process. Despite the obstacles, we remained solution-focused and ensured the final delivery met (and exceeded) expectations. Truly impressive work by the Pipetech team!
One Liverpool street is a fully electric, 10-storey office building in the heart of London. The project achieved a BREEAM Outstanding Certification, supported by the integration of air source heat pumps that replace traditional fossil-fuel heating with an energy-efficient, electricity based system that draws ambient heat from the outside air.
A building designed for the future with its focus on low-carbon systems, modern methods of construction and high performance building services, One Liverpool Street now sets a new benchmark for sustainable commercial developments in London.
