Pipetech Group are proud to confirm the completion of Longcross Park, Ark Data Centres’ latest development, delivered as part of the wider project led by JCA.
Our scope of works covered the mechanical pipework package, including drainage, domestic services, and the pipework associated with the Reverse Osmosis (RO) system.
This incorporated pipe‑in‑pipe plastic pipework to meet the containment and treated‑water quality requirements of this mission‑critical environment.
The project was delivered with sustainability at the forefront, targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating. This was supported by maximising offsite prefabrication, reducing waste, improving quality control, and minimising on‑site disruption.
This was a technically demanding package, particularly around the Reverse Osmosis installation and pipe in pipe containment system. Strong coordination and quality control across drainage and domestic services ensured the works were delivered safely and fully in line with specification.
