Over two days, colleagues from across the company, including directors, project managers, and supervisors, completed the course and successfully passed. This diverse group ensures mental health support is now available across the company.

This training equips our staff with the knowledge and confidence to recognise signs of poor mental health, provide initial support, and guide colleagues to professional help when needed.
